Because the same Savior who walked dusty roads, carried a cross, and conquered the grave is still meeting the broken in their pain, still calling the forgotten by name, and still pursuing the successful and self-sufficient with a love that reminds us all that we were made for something far greater than this world alone can offer. Below is what the Holy Spirit places in us when we decide to give our lives to Christ. (Galatians 5:22) When you are ready, read a little further, and make the most important choice of your life.

The ABCs of Salvation — A Simple but Life-Changing Path to Salvation

The Bible teaches that salvation is not earned by good works, religious effort, or moral success — it is a gift received by grace through faith. The book of Romans lays out a clear and beautiful path to new life in Christ.

A — Admit

Scripture tells us:“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
To admit means to agree with God — to acknowledge that we are sinners in need of rescue, that we cannot save ourselves, and that we need Jesus as our Savior to be truly free.Admission is not about shame. It is about honesty. It is the doorway to grace.

B — Believe

The Bible declares:“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)To believe means trusting that Jesus is the Son of God — that He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose again on the third day, and ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of God the Father.Belief is more than intellectual agreement. It is placing your full trust in who Jesus is and what He has done for you.

C — Confess and Choose

Scripture promises:'If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.' (Romans 10:9-10)Confess Jesus as Lord. Choose to follow Him. Accept Him as your Savior. No one can make this decision for you. Salvation is personal. But if you are ready and willing, the prayer below can help you express your heart to God:

A Prayer of Surrender

Heavenly Father,
I confess that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself.
I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, that He died on the cross for my sins, rose again on the third day, and now sits at Your right hand.
I turn from my sin and place my trust fully in Him.
Jesus, I accept You as my Lord and my Savior.
Forgive me, change me, and lead my life from this day forward.
Thank You for Your grace and the gift of eternal life.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

If You Just Prayed That Prayer and…

If you sincerely confessed your sin, believed in Jesus, and called on His name, the Bible says you are saved — not because of how you feel, but because of what God promises.“For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10 : 13)Salvation is not based on emotion. It is based on faith in Jesus Christ. You may feel peace.
You may feel overwhelmed.
You may feel nothing at all.
Your feelings do not determine your salvation — God’s Word does.If you meant what you prayed, you have taken your first step into a new and incredible life.
